Our online individual therapy services provide confidential, one-on-one psychotherapy through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or navigating major life changes, our licensed therapists in New York are here to support our clients.

Our online therapy services support clients experiencing:

Our therapists work collaboratively to address the issues and challenges facing the client. Our therapists utilize an eclectic and dynamic approach, meaning they use different modalities and interventions, such as CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, ACT, and Mindfulness, and are active participants during the session. Therapists provide feedback, ask questions that will be helpful to the work with clients, teach different and effective coping skills, and provide resources when necessary.
Sessions are 45 minutes and can occur weekly or bi weekly. Therapists will regularly review with clients their progress towards goals, and if the therapist and client both feel that the client has made a lot of progress, the frequency of sessions are reduced.
Please note that because our therapists are only licensed in New York, clients must be in New York during the time of the session.
